The Glades Outreach Services is currently recruiting qualified and experienced Home Care Workers to provide support and necessary services to enable individuals to remain in their homes/communities.

Job Qualifications:

· Graduation from High School

· Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate

· Successful completion of an approved Personal Support 

  Worker Training Program 

· Valid Driver’s License

· Experience as a Home Care Support Worker or in the field of Long Term Care

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work with a minimum of supervision

· Willingness to work a flexible schedule

· Mentally and physically capable of performing the assigned duties
